Ben Barnes as a Dorian Gray

Hi DashaKartist,

i just came across your beautiful image by chance.

I don't know the actor, but you created a very believable character. He looks young, handsome and appealing. The image feels very romantic and i do like that.

There are a couple of things though that i noticed, that you could do to make this image even better.

The first thing would be to add contrast between sharp and blurry edges. Right now everything is kind of blurry. Just by adding a few well placed sharp edges you could give the image so much more impact. This way you could lead the focus of the viewer. If you want them to look at the eyes - make the eyes sharp. If you think the lips are the most important thing in your painting - make those the sharpest.

Another thing that i noticed is colors/saturation. The colors in this image seem mostly somewhat desaturated. But in reality you have a this effect, that the saturation is usually highest at the edge between light and shadow. This is especially visible on skin because of its translucent nature. Adding some more saturation in these areas could make the image pop a lot more.
